Cannot post featured header images

I want to create different header pictures for my website: http://www.prospectprojectmanagement.com. I did everything correctly and the image is saved as a featured picture but the image did not change.

My Theme is Coraline and it seems able to change headers.

My site is hosted by Godaddy.com and they cannot help me.

Anyone have any ideas?
