# Cannot play wav file

 * I am trying to play wav as below
 * [audioalbum title=”The Album Title” detail=”Some other Details” date=”2015″]
   [
   audiotrack title=”Song One” songwriter=”credit” wav=”[http://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/audiofile1.wav”%5D](http://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/audiofile1.wav”%5D)
 * However, it does not work.When i click the play button, the audio will not play.

 * The audio album shortcode acts as a kind of wrapper to the `[audio]` shortcode,
   so does WordPress’s built-in audio shortcode allow you to play the same file?
 * ie:
 *     ```
       [audio wav="http://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/audiofile1.wav"][/audio]
       ```
