Cannot perform the backup

    Hi,

    I am doing the backup (both local and online) and getting the same 2 error as below:

    Error 1:
    A filesystem operation failed while processing ‘Filesystem/home/dos71/public_html/wp-admin/core’ (Size unknown) for backup.
    If the following error message is not clear as to the problem and the issue persists, please contact support providing the complete event log for the activity. Diagnostic information follows:
