 * I am building a child theme off of this theme, which is going pretty well for
the crazy things I’ve been doing to it, but I’m not sure how to deal with the
index.php page. I’ve got some (currently) minor customizations to start with,
but saving the index.php file in my child theme does not seem to be sufficient
to get my own version that I can mess around with. Even changing the index.php
file in the parent theme folder doesn’t seem to apply the changes (in this case
the col-md-8 and col-md-4 tags that I want to change). Any ideas on how I can
get these changes to take effect?
