# Cannot Open WordPress File

 * I have downloaded the software (or at least tried to) and I have been trying 
   to open the file with no success. I use SBC Yahoo DSL and Internet Explorer. 
   Are there any prerequsites that I’m missing? Thanks for any help! I’m truly lost!
