• I woke up this morning and suddenly my website has disappeared. When trying to open it, I only get a blank page, no message, nothing. When adding “/index.html” to the url the message says cannot find server. I could open everything else on my apple except my own site

  • Contact your host? Maybe their server is down.

Checked the host, server is not down.
Is there anything else I can try?

Does FTP and/or your PHPmyAdmin (or whatever you have) work? Is everything there? Perhaps it would be handy if we all knew the location of the blog, perhaps somebody has a smart idea (or another browser or whatever) when trying to have a look.

I looked in my error log and all it shows is the fatal error as shown below.

[28-Oct-2008 16:42:01] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function force_ssl_admin() in /home/benitade/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 394

what version of wordpress were you using? googles cache of your site shows you at 2.5

Im asking because I’m making sure all of these files match whats inside the zip, and I need to know the version to compar to.
