Cannot open file error? What does this mean? Please HELP!

    Hello everyone,

    Just got back from a trip to South America, tried to log into my blog and everytime I log in I simply get this error “Cannot open file (/hermes/bosweb/web175/b1753/ipw.flsansho/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/backup/.htaccess)Cannot write to file (/hermes/bosweb/web175/b1753/ipw.flsansho/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/backup/.htaccess)”

    Also if you go to my website at http://www.flsanshou.com you can see the same error text at the top of the page. I cant access the dashboard or anything. Please any help would be much appreciated!
