Cannot modify header information

    Hi!
    I have this msg error, when i try to delete or modify a comment:
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/efege/public_html/my-hacks.php:12) in /home/efege/public_html/wp-admin/post.php on line 635

    Usually that happens when there is an error logged into the output before the headers have been added. Look for a message at the top of the screen (may be obscured — try a View Source on the page).
