# Cannot map checkbox

 * googled and read all related topics in this forum, but can’t understand, how 
   exactly should I map check- radio-boxes to have it working.
    Renamed checkbox
   value to “On”, so in PDF. Not working.
 * Could you provide a simple step-by-step list of actions?
 * I’ve created form with Libreoffice writer, exported to pdf
    Now trying to map
   CF7 “only-self-delivery” box to “self-delivery” pdf checkbox. What am I missing?
 * After filling form on related page you can download filled pdf.

 * I figured out, that there is a lack of documentation)
 * So, when selecting fields to link together, there is autogenerated tag below.
   And keyword “Yes” is there. Changing checkbox value in CF7 form to “Yes”, or 
   with pipe “Some visible label|Yes” worked for me.

 * There are docs about pipes on the CF7 website at the following URL,

 * The PDF filling code just takes the field “value” and adds it to the PDF file.
   If the value doesn’t match the PDF field’s exported value then the checkbox would
   not be checked.

   But I still don’t understand what’s that mean… What is “PDF field’s exported 
   value”? How “Yes” is related to what is you saying. I don’t have any “yeses” 
   in my pdf checkboxes. Why “Yes” is so important?

 * Export value is the field value set in the PDF file. You can set it to whatever
   you want using your PDF editor.
