# Cannot Make Purchases

 * Hi,
 * When someone trys to make a purchase from my website, the option to select paypal
   does not load and allow people to make an order to my website. There are just
   these spinning wheels like the website is going to load, but nothing happens.

 * I had some call from people complaining about the same issue. Though when I tested
   the cart to PayPal payment screen it worked. I wonder if this was not a PayPal
   related error?

 * It’s not paypal, its because of this in the response:
 *     ```

 * Disable or configure super cache correctly.
