    Hey TEC guys, I’m pretty sure I bought your plugin and have emails from you to my email address and I saved my email/password for your site, but I can’t login to your site. It says my email isn’t on there. How can I contact you to resolve this?

    Could you please follow these steps and see if they work for you?

    Please visit the our HelpDesk and look for the “Open a ticket” button. Once you find it, click on it. Then, on the next page, click the “Open Ticket” button. After that, choose “Billing, Licensing, and Account Issues” from the dropdown menu, and proceed to fill out the remaining fields on the form.
