• I have your plugin installed on over 30 client sites. Two always seem to be problematic. right now, CompassionateInterventions.com is the problem child.

At first, I attempted to login as usual with /login but received the “not found” message. I tried an alternate that I have used. Still “not found.” So I followed the instructions of using the access key. Still no go. Then I deleted the .htaccess file and the site went blank and I now only get the 403 access denied message.

What can I do to access this client’s site now? He’s been hacked before so I don’t want to delete your plugin but I can’t deal with his site locking me out every time I try to access.

    Thoughts?

Ok. My clients depend on me to be able to make changes to their sites on a timely basis. On this particular site, I receive 404s on /login and can not access the admin for this site.

Very frustrated and I am deciding I would just rather delete the software and gain access normally.

    How do we do this?

Have this problem solved? Do you still need help?
