Was it working before? And it could be due to the social media login plugin, so you can try to navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and rename the social media login plugin’s folder and see if it works after that.

Well, that was the first thing that came in my mind too. Then I realized it was too generic of me to think that.
I believe it has something to do with the /login as even entering the correct credentials it is taking me to the same page.
Want to how the redirection has happenend.
Hi,
I tried registering using Facebook and it showed me a redirecting message, and then it just stopped.
Then I filled up the original register form, and it showed an “Could not open socket” error.
So I believe it is probably an issue caused by one of the plugins, so you can try to deactivate all the plugins using FTP, one by one, to see which one is causing it.
