    We’ve updated from 2.9.7 to 2.9.10 in our Dev environment and well as a local, clean installation that uses a service account.

    We can mo longer add new users. The new user is set to the Subscriber role. When logged in user can see the profile screen, but Authorizer never shows the user as pending for the admin to approve.

    The email is sent to the Admin email address is duplicated – two emails within the same minute.

    Further, the messages aren’t sent to the Admin user in the WP setting but, apparently, to the first user on the (small) list of Admin users.

    No PHP errors, this just silently fails.

    What can I do to provide more information?
