Cannot login into my site

I try to login to my site with Shield enabled after checking the Cookies setting in the Firewall section. I also just updated to PHP 7 on the site. I get this error after entering the login info and clicking login:

The login screen reappears with blank fields and I cannot access my admin. I tried renaming the Shield plugin via SFTP and when I login I see these errors in my dashboard:

When I then reanme the plugin to wp-simple-firewall in SFTP directory and refresh my WP admin, I see nothing but these errors:

I just added a file called “reset” to the flags directory but I am still having the same problem.

How can I access my site admin?
