You may reverse them if you had made any. * Otherwise, you may try to make a clean install of WordPress 2.8.3, keeping the database and other inputs in tact. I am interested to make a clean install ke3ping the database and other inputs intact. How do you achieve this? Each time I click to submit i have “percent twenty” symbol added to my domain after the last letter before slash and therefore the login failed. Same happens if I enter directly reset password and other functions. Need your help. All fixed. The issue resolved when I changed all references in database that had somehow the sign percent twenty at the end of the domain by using SCR tool. I reckon you simply had a space (which you couldn’t see) on the beginning or end of the url.
