Cannot login

Hello all

I am unable to login to my site and was wondering whether anyone could offer a solution. As soon as I enter my username and password on /wp-admin I am told that the page cannot be accessed. Some strange formatting changes have also spontaneously taken place on the banner on my live site: http://cassidyparker.ca

The last time I logged in, I updated the Capcha plugin but made no other changes. I have tried going to /wp-content.plugins to change this, since I read that plugins may cause login difficulties, but am only taken to a blank page.

Any help would be great.
