Cannot log into wp-admin panel due to function.scandir errors in Landing Pages

Hi everyone,
Last week I attempted to update the plugin and the admin panel of my website hung and didn’t proceed with the update, so I logged out and didn’t think anything of it.
Today I attempted to log into http://www.earthandsea/wp-admin and could not access the log in screen due to a number of errors (noted below).
I have absolutely no idea how to fix this issue, and I’m hoping someone can help me!
I have also logged a message on the WordPress Plugin Support Page, as I really want to update my website and cannot do so at present.
