# Cannot log in PLEASE Help!!!

 * Hi i have been searching all morning on a solution so hopefully someone can help
   me, i created a website through wordpress and then stupidly changed my url so
   now it redirects and i cannot log in to the admin.
 * i didnt back up the database and i didnt export the files to myadmin php, is 
   their anyway i can export then even though i cannot gain access to the admin 
   side of the site?
 * is this a lost cause and i have to start over again? please help if you can as
   i have a deadline to meet.

 * Now try reading the page at the link I posted above. None of the suggestions 
   made require you to login to your WordPress dashboard.

 * but i also do not have access to mySQL, so from what i can make out is that i
   only have one option that is FTP which i have tried but i am unclear as to how
   to do it without using myphpadmin/ mySQL.
 * any more input would be welcomed, basically is there a way that i can do it strictly
   off my 1and1 dashboard?

   management application your host provides to access the necessary file.
