If you havn’t already, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/
and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
If you have access to your Dashboard’s Plugins page, try deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
well I have no access at all to my dashboard which is the problem and am totally dumb when it comes to anything related to webpage stuff. I had someone do my original for me but he pass away so trying to figure it out on my own has been a nightmare

Please re-read my reply carefully. Nowhere it says you need an access to dashboard.
I still cannot get it going this is so frustrating.

Any error message?
Please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.
If you cannot find error logs or if you don’t find any helpful info in the error logs, try Enabling debugging
ok thanks I will try later right now just so frustrated need a break cant think. I just dont know why my dashboard changes my password every day though as its the only real problem I ever have

my dashboard changes my password every day
This is not the default behavior of the WP core.
It may be a plugin or theme conflict.

In order to troubleshoot, as I suggested in my first reply:
Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required).
I was able to get back in and so far it has been stable but can I just create a site without using a theme so that I dont have any problems later on when it matters more? or is there some really problem free theme you could suggest as I am about to get into important stuff with the people I am doing this project for and dont want to have the same being locked out all the time problem
thanks for all your help it did seem to solve my issue for now just took me a couple days to make sure i had gotten the problem solved.

is there some really problem free
Check theme directory: https://wordpress.org/themes/
In addition, WordPress is bundled with a few default theme. Look into them
