cannot log in at all

    With no FTP and or way to edit the code I would say that you must get ahold of your host to get some access. I am not aware of a way to do anything with out being able to FTP or SSH into the system.

    There is a no redirect query string you can use but I can’t seem to find it. Someone not too long ago had a similar issue and it fixed it for them.
    I will post if I can find it. If not search for a no redirect for wp-admin or wp-login.php
