Cannot log in

Hello, since the recent update we cannot log in anymore. All credentials are there, cache has been cleared but when hitting the Log In button, nothing happens.

Same problem over here. Only Admin-Accounts seems to be affected though.

Browser console javascript error: “TypeError: a.data is undefined”

Workaround: renamed the plugin folder to deactivate the plugin. But we need or styled login back.

Can either of you test with other plugins disabled and a default theme active to see if this issue exists then?

I tested a little further and found that the 2FA feature of iThemes Security Pro is causing the problem. As soon as I deactivate the 2FA function, the login works again. In our case 2FA is only enabled for admins, so other accounts can login.

I apologize for my delay. The site we’re experiencing issues with as well we’re using the 2FA authentication from WordFence, which is now causing the issues where we cannot login anymore. It wasn’t happening before the recent TML update.

Had the same error, for me deactivating WordFence was the solution.
