  • Hi , @stacestylishpaws

Try MANUALLY Disabling the plugins wp-super-cache

To do this, you will need access to your website’s filesystem through your control panel’s file manager, FTP or direct shell access via SSH. Follow these steps:

    Navigate to /wp-content/plugins

Find the directory/folder of the plugin causing the problem
Rename the directory to something else (i.e. wp-super-cache)

You should now be able to login to WordPress, and you will receive a small error message indicating that the plugin failed to load.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.

If you are not able to login, then manually delete the plugin using FTP/Filezilla, then you can install again.

I cannot view my dashboard properly to try and clear out my cache-I am still assuming that is my main issue? I can’t upload a screenshot 🙁
I don’t know what to do now.

Use imgur to upload a screenshot and paste the link on your response so we can get an idea of what is wrong with your dashboard, thanks.

Hi Im having the same issue but i cant access my site or the control panel and dont know how to use the ftp/filezilla stuff either.

Someone had a similar problem with their dashboard here maybe you could try this simple fix and see if it works then give us some feedback.

    Summary:

The problem is a bug in the latest version of Chrome 45. Your Chrome auto-updated to it recently. The Chrome team has been informed of the issue.

    Workaround for now:

    – Go to chrome://flags/#disable-slimming-paint
    – Enable the “Disable slimming paint” option.
    – Ensure that the “Enable slimming paint” option below it is not turned on.
    – Relaunch Chrome.
