# Cannot log in

 * It’s probably 3.4. Somehow my password and email must have been changed, because
   I cannot log in with the password I used to set up the blog and when I send for
   a reset it doesn’t arrive at the email address I used. Is there a way to get 
   in touch with a real person who can help me with this problem or at least delete
   the blog and let me know it’s been done?

 * I’ve been trying to do that since last October to no avail. It is not accepting
   my password, and as I said previously, when I send for a reset it does not arrive
   at the email I used when I set up the account. I believe it is going to have 
   to be changed by someone on staff at WordPress but currently I do not have a 
   way to reach them and cannot find it on the web. Does anyone know how to reach
   a live person at WordPress?

 * Your site is still running on WordPress 3.2.1.
 * You can reset your admin password by following the instructions for one of the
   methods found here: [Resetting Your Password](http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password)
   
   There is also a walk-through with illustrations for resetting it using phpMyAdmin,

   your blog, not anyone from WordPress.

 * Yes, actually, I did, and they referred me to you.
 * Why do you want to delete the blog? I hope you know that only you can delete 
   your blog, not anyone from WordPress.
 * Well, it was just a last resort. I don’t like the idea of it floating around 
   out there without being able to write in it.
 *  When did you last renew your hosting and domain accounts?
 * Hm. Do you really need to know this? I’m not sure of the dates. They renew automatically.

 * If you’ve installed WordPress through the Go Daddy Hosting Connection, you may
   also be able to retrieve your password that way.
 * Log into your Go Daddy account and visit: [http://go.me/Uo](http://go.me/Uo)
 * Click on **Manage Applications**
 * Find the appropriate WordPress installation and click on **View and manage details**
 * Go the **Admin Settings **Tab
 * You will see:
 * Admin Name: YourAdminName
    Password: [Hidden] **[Show]** Email: Your Email Blog
   Title: Blog Title
 * You can click on **[Show] **to view your password.
