# Cannot load Woocommerce

 * When my client goes to “Woo Commerce” in the menu, she is getting an error message
   that says: “Cannot load woocommerce.” She has a Shop Manager role, and the role
   has the correct permissions. Why is she getting that error? Any help appreciated.

 * The generic advice is to deactivate other plugins and switch to the Storefront
   theme to be able to rule out a conflict. If it works now, reactivate one-by-one
   and test to try to identify which software element is causing the problem. What
   happens?
 * Further than that, helpers need more clues. Please post a system status report
   as described in Mike’s post here:
