# Cannot load template

 * Hello,
 * I want to create an article notification email and when I try to load any template
   from the plugin list, I received this error: “An error has happened while performing
   a request, the server has responded with response code 500”. What happened?

 * The email could not be saved.
    Please, clear browser cache and reload the page.
   If the problem persists, duplicate the email and try again.
 * Another error. I cannot save the post notifications email…
