# “Cannot load posts” error on mobile

 * Hi, I installed and tested this plugin in August 2023 and it was working great.
   Today I’ve discovered that it’s not working on mobile (iOS and Android, tested
   in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox) and I’m not sure when it stopped working. On 
   desktop it continues to work as expected, however on mobile it only loads this
   text: “Cannot load posts.” Wondering if a WordPress update caused this?
 * I’m using the JS Archive List page block with these settings: 
   Effect = Slide(
   Accordion)Month Format = Full Name (January)Expand = Current or post dateShow
   number of postsShow posts under monthsOnly expand one at a time (accordion effect)
 * Please advise if there is something I can do on my end or if we need an update
   to the plugin.

 * Hello!, thanks for using my plugin. 
   I do not do anything special for mobile.
   Are you using a firewall or cache plugin? When it tries to access the WP Rest
   API the server returns a redirection and cannot load posts.

 * Thank you for responding–I appreciate it! Not using a firewall or cache plugin,
   but there is a cache being used by the web host (WP Engine). I just cleared all
   caches on the server and that has resolved the issue. I’m so relieved it was 
   an easy fix! Loving your plugin. 🙂
