# Cannot install Word Press

 * I have just uploaded my files using filezilla and chacked .
    All files are installed
   but i cannot run the install script for Word Press to install to my web host 
   For instance using [http://xxxxxxxxx.com/ourhealth-admin/install.php](http://xxxxxxxxx.com/ourhealth-admin/install.php)
   I get an error message The website cannot display the page HTTP 500 Most likely
   causes: •The website is under maintenance. •The website has a programming error.
   Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Lloyd

 * Hi,
    I have the same problem, I’ve been trying to get wordpress to work for about
   5 hours now. Have checked minimum requirements and they are all good. I have 
   added the files and they are in a folder in my root, as I want the blog as a 
   sub-directory. I tried [http://pisteandpeaks.com/Chalet_blog/wp-admin/install.php](http://pisteandpeaks.com/Chalet_blog/wp-admin/install.php)
   and [http://www.pisteandpeaks.com/Chalet_blog/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.pisteandpeaks.com/Chalet_blog/wp-admin/install.php)
   but I am getting the same error message as actwrite. If anyone can help that 
   will be brilliant!
