 * We are using The Events Calender for our site since 2014 and it worked perfect.
   During the last update the installation broke and stopped the website. I set
   a new wordpress and tried to install the plugin. I got these text back:
    “Notice:
   Use of undefined constant GLOB_BRACE – assumed ‘GLOB_BRACE’ in /mnt/webu/c2/94/
   54397694/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Main.php on
   line 4682 Warning: glob() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /mnt/
   webu/c2/94/54397694/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Main.

   includes/pluggable.php on line 1228” I deleted the plugin with ftp-tool and nearly
   everything works. Instead The Events Calendar. Do you have any hint for me to
   solve the problem?
 * Best regards
    Thomas

 * Howdy Thomas,
 * Very interesting. I assume your new install had no existing data or plugins running
   alongside of it. In which case it sounds like the plugin has been corrupted.
   Have you tried downloading a fresh copy of it? What happens if you download a
   slightly older version?
 * If your new install was not fresh, and did include some other plugins or a theme,
   then I would give a conflict test a whirl. [This guide walks you through how to test for a conflict, and then identify what is conflicting.](http://m.tri.be/r6)
 * Let us know how it goes. Cheers!

 * Hi Brook,
 * it seems that the plugin does not accept more than one pefix in the mysql-database.
   I deleted the older prefixes and after that it workes properly.
    Thanks for your
   response.
