Cannot install premium update

I just switched to Cloudfare to handle my DNS settings automatically and deleted the my WP Fastest Cache plugins and then reinstalled them. The Premium version I have is outdated and needs to be updated but for whatever reason cannot be. I get an error message.

I’m not sure why these updates are always an issue and I cannot find the support email address to contact you for help.

Please assist.
