# Cannot install or upgrade plugins.

 * Hi!
 * I recently moved my blog (www.maxpete.net) to my new server. I got everything
   working except one thing: The FTP plugin updates and installations.
 * I’ll go to my plugins page, click “upgrade this plugin automatically” and then
   type in my FTP password. After hitting enter, it used to give me a completely
   white screen. Then I manually reinstalled wordpress, and now instead of a completely
   white screen, with gives me the wp-admin template with a [completely white body.](http://www.computmaxer.net/public/noupdate.PNG)
 * Same thing happens on a different blog on the same server.
