The one I have spent years building. Do i have to pay now to get the maleware removed? Should I call my host..can they fix it? Can I do it myself? * As this is a self-help forum, all of the advice is along the lines of “doing it yourself”. * Here’s some of the things you can do: * Read these, learn how, and do a full backup. * [http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups](http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups) [http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database](http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database) [http://codex.wordpress.org/Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup](http://codex.wordpress.org/Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup) * That will not delouse your blog but it will provide you with a safety net to get you back to where you are right now. * Having that capability is valuable so that should you make a mess of it you can still get back to square one. * Once you have that full backup, store it somewhere off of your web server and scan it with your anti-virus tool. * As to actually delouse your blog, those links I provided are a good source of what to do next. * Your host provider might be able to help you, but they may charge for that. Contact them and see what they say, there is no harm in asking. * Also there are services/people who will do that for a fee but it’s not really appropriate for me to recommend such a service.
