# Cannot insert user without email

 * I just got this error (been using the plugin for a year now with no problems).
 * All the details are in place and the file is encoded the right way.
 * Can I get some help ?

 * The mentioned error particularly comes when there is no **user_email** column
   in the CSV. Kindly check that. If the issue persists, share us the importing

 * Hey and thanks for getting back to me, I just confirmed that the Column is in
   fact there.
 * Now what I did was just re-encoded the file and it seems to work now.
 * I’ll try again with another website I have an let you know.

 * Ensure that the user email column is mapped to **user_email** field alone. Please
   do not map a single column in the CSV to multiple fields. CSV file should be 
   UTF-8 encoded.
 * Let us know if any query.
