Cannot insert hyperlinks, high traffic page not loading. How to switch back?

    Firstly, I couldn’t insert hyperlinks into a post and now an entire page on my site (this page) is not loading.

    This is the highest traffic page on my site and I don’t appreciate it being locked out this close to Christmas. I’m losing ad revenue.

    I’ve tried switching off plugins – doesn’t work.
    I’ve tried reverting to TwentyTwelve which allows hyperlinks but not my page. Either way I’m not leaving my site on TwentyTwelve as a result of an un-tested upgrade.

    How can I switch back to the previous version of wordpress before I lose more traffic?
