# Cannot input key – get error message

 * I have had this plugin for 1 website for 1 year and no problems. I ordered an
   upgrade to include 3 websites. As soon as I input the key, I got an error. It
   seems that it is conflicted with my first website even though the key is different.
   I’m confused as to why its not working.
