cannot import xml outfile :-(

    Hi there.

    I am moving from hosted WordPress to my own installation. I’ve installed fine but I am having trouble importing the XML output file from my old install. After a minute the page reloads and nothing has happened. When I check my posts nothing has appeared.

    What could be causing this? I know my XML file is OK as I can import it into my friend’s test site.

    Any help would be appreciated.
