    I have tried to sync my inventory from square pos into my website to take online orders for 3 days and it never completes and if I look into the woocommerce >> products, there is nothing synced. The plugin does not sync.

    HOW CAN I GET THIS THING TO WORK?

  • First, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

    Second, I would carefully review this section of our Square documentation to make sure you have the initial configuration of the plugin done correctly:

    Specifically, I’d make sure you have the system of record set to Square if you are indeed selling in multiple locations as you seem to be stating.

    I’d also make sure both your POS and the Square plugin for WooCommerce both have the same business location selected.

    Failing that, please send us as much detail and as many screenshots about this as possible to help us troubleshoot the issue.
