Cannot import csv file with reviews from old plugin due to missing column headin

    Hello,

    I have installed your plugin and trying to import csv file with productreviews from my “old” review plugin. File looks perfect with all fields filled.
    However when trying to upload it gives the error: “The CSV file contains invalid or missing column headings, please refer to the template in step 1”
    I have not changed any of the column headings, and they are still there.
    Any idea how to solve this?

    There is some issue with the format of the file you created. Can you please share the file you are trying to import (make sure to anonymize all personal information in the file)?

    Sorry, for late reply.

    1) I would like to send you the file, but prefer to leave it as it is. When I touch it its gets messed up 🙁 Is there a private mailadres I could use?

    2) I also notice that a column in my exportfile is called ” certified buyers reviews”. Such a column does not appear in the importfile. Will this mean all imported reviews will be treated as being not certified?

    3) Are you having plans to add the option to allow for (extra) discount if people share the review on Facebook, Twitter etc.

    2. The import file template of our plugin doesn’t have any columns called “certified buyers reviews”. Please make sure that format of the file is exactly the same as the sample file provided with the plugin.

    3. Yes, we plan to add integration with social networks.
