Cannot get tweets to show

Hi

using WP 4.1.1 woocommerce 2.3.6

twitter validated our meta tags

robots.txt with allow for twitterbot

when publishing a new product, the card does not show up in twitter

as far as I can see everything is fine, any suggestions would be most welcome
