I am trying to get this to work with Responsive Lightbox by dFactory, and Meta Slider 3.3.4, but I’m having no success. I’ve tried different sliders (e.g., Flex Slider, Nivo Slider) and tinkered with the settings for Responsive Lightbox, but nothing works. Responsive Lightbox works fine with single images, but I can’t get it to work with sliders created with Meta Slider.

I have not tried any other lightbox plugins. Responsive Lightbox is the one I prefer since it’s responsive and seems straightforward in its setup.

Am I missing something? Are there issues with WordPress 4.2.3? I noticed compatibility for this plugin is only up to 4.1.6.

I continued to play around and thought maybe the slides couldn’t have URLs associated with them in order for the lightbox to work. I removed the URLs (to full-size versions of the slider images) and my slides now open in a lightbox. I didn’t realize the URL box had to be left empty in order for the lightbox feature to work. I use Fancybox all the time to open full-size images in my non-WordPress sites. Such behavior would be a great addition to Meta Slider.

I’m sorry for my lack of understanding in getting this plugin up and running.
