Cannot get to dashboard after migrating in a subsite

I have a multisite and I just migrated a site into a blank site I had created using mu-migration. I hab=ve change the urls I can find by editing the site in the network admin but when I try to access the site at all it just goes to the network root. I usually use better search and replace but I cannot even get to the dashboard. I had to remove wordfence because it was complaining about too many 503 errors and wouldnt send me an email to get in. I have tried deleting and reimporting but get the same result each time.
