    Hi there,

I hope you can help me out. I have been unable to get any Open Graph plugins to work on my site. I installed your plugin today and no luck again. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. I’m using Yoast SEO but have de-activated Open Graph Meta Data. I’m mostly interested in Facebook for my social media sharing but when I do a debug and fresh scrape I continue to see the errors below.

I’m running a small business and desperate to get this working. I would be so grateful if you could help me out.

    Kind regards,
    Lesley

    Hi, Lesley —

Sorry about those problems you’re having. After checking out your site, it looks like your opening html tag is missing the prefix attributes that COG is supposed to be adding. Since you’re using Yoast, I imagine it’s overriding COG’s functionality here. Until an adjustment is made in a new release, your best bet is to disable Yoast altogether to see if that fixes the problem. Aside from that, all of the expected Open Graph data is being loaded onto your site.

Hi! Just a quick update on this. After thinking about this, since this is most likely a conflict with another plugin of similar purpose, I’m going to hold off on any code adjustments to make it work as expected. This might change if I hear of repeated reports of this happening in the future.

    Thanks for reporting!
