Cannot get it to work on the site

    Hello,

    I set everything up as described. Put in the App ID and Page ID. I activated the Messenger API even though you do not mention that in the guidelines in the plugin. Activated SSL. Doesn’t seem to be showing anywhere. I also had a Social Networks Feed plugin thought they might be conflicting, deactivated and still not working.

    Your help is greatly appreciated guys! I’m sure this is the best product for the Messenger Chat!!!

    please check that, domain name is added in whitelisted doamin list at fb page settings

    I added the domains under SETTINGS / ADVANCED / DOMAINS

    Then under SETTINGS / BASIC / I entered the APP DOMAINS as one of the domains. It is not working. Do you have any specific guidelines to setting up the App on the Facebook side?

    OK so I just learnt about whitelisting the domain name on the Page Settings. It works now 🙂

    will add the link in plugin-setting page, we will update the plugin

    now only we understand that, we did’t easily make the plugin settings page accessible
