    I am trying to set up a local copy of my site and have copied database and files over, I edited the config file and then my database with the following sql command:

    update wp_options set option_value="http://localhost"
    where option_name="siteurl";

    update wp_options set option_value="http://localhost"
    where option_name="home";

    everything works okay until I try to login to the admin, I don't get the admin panel and I get the following notices/error:

    Notice: Constant WOOCOMMERCE_USE_CSS already defined in /Users/bess2/Documents/sites/stonefabrics-local/wp-content/themes/briefed/includes/theme-woocommerce.php on line 75

    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /Users/bess2/Documents/sites/stonefabrics-local/wp-content/themes/briefed/includes/theme-woocommerce.php:75) in /Users/bess2/Documents/sites/stonefabrics-local/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/classes/class-wc-session-handler.php on line 63

    If I disable woocommerce and woocommerce import suite I can log in but as soon as I enable it again I get this error:

    Notice: Constant WOOCOMMERCE_USE_CSS already defined in /Users/bess2/Documents/sites/stonefabrics-local/wp-content/themes/briefed/includes/theme-woocommerce.php on line 75

    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /Users/bess2/Documents/sites/stonefabrics-local/wp-content/themes/briefed/includes/theme-woocommerce.php:75) in /Users/bess2/Documents/sites/stonefabrics-local/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 896

    line 75 of theme-woocommerce.php is here:

    define( 'WOOCOMMERCE_USE_CSS', false );

    line 896 of pluggable is here:

    header("Location: $location", true, $status);

    Any idea what is happening here?
