    Hi!

The front-end looks all right to me, I don’t see anything strange unfortunately.

Can you please go to the Help & Updates menu under the plugin menu, and copy the text data under the Debug Data section, and share it via http://paste.ee

It contains the latest queries and the configuration, I’m hoping it reveals the problem.

    Hi!

    Thank you for the information.

I see categories 9, 10 and 11 are excluded. Is the set of expected results part of any of these categories by any chance? What happens if you don’t exclude the categories? (on the Advanced Options panel, Exclude categories option)

I don’t see anything else that should possibly stop results from displaying.

    Let me know!

Thank you so much! Yes, the excluding categories is what’s causing the problem.

Another question is that do you know how can I apply Ajax search to my search bar in Frequently Asked Question?

    Thanks!

    Hi!

    I’m glad it worked 🙂

I’m not sure about that. It looks like it’s a built in engine for the FAQ plugin, or FAQ page?
If that search bar is placed there with a shortcode, then you could maybe remove that shortcode or module and use the Ajax Search Lite shortcode instead:

    [wpdreams_ajaxsearchlite]

Otherwise, I recommend asking the plugin/theme author about it, because in this case it’s very likely you might have to change that somewhere in the code, I guess.
