Hello.. First of all thanks for a great plugin.. I have been searching for a while and can’t seem to find the CSS to fix my dashboard problem.. Here is a link to a screenshot.. Hoping someone can help me.. Thank you very much.

Which part specifically? You don’t need to edit the plugin CSS stylesheets, you can add new rules to your theme css file, or child theme css file.
