cannot find original wordpress admin with content

Hi,

I am not able to see my content at the admin site.. When i forgot my password i clicked register and they send me new password but then when i got in it was different …there was nothing on side bar except profile and dashboard but all the rest was gone. My site on the web still shows all the contetn but for some reason when i get into the admin site i cant get past first page to update anything…almost like its new but without the ability to update. In other words is it possible to have to admin for the same website?? one for register and the other working with content…i lost password original. any help on this would be much apprecated
