Cannot Fill in Missing Boxes After Error Message Appears

I am working for a cleaning company named Scentral and they designed their professional website on WordPress (http://scentral.ca/). That being said, everything seems to be working fine except for the contact form that appears on every page. As long as the consumer fills out all required fields properly before clicking on the “Submit” button everything will function without fail. However, if even one field is not completed (left empty or has an error within) which then results in the red error message appearing there is no way to go back and edit the box(es).

Is there any way to remedy this issue?

Any help that you can possibly provide would be very much appreciated!
