# Cannot export user data

 * as administrator, I can’t export user’s data, it stays in processing state forever…
 * If logged as a user, I can do it from backend but user usually doesn’t go to 
   backend…

 * Administrators can export data for a user directly from the WordPress user profile.
   The Awesome Support data is exported in a .zip file and includes ticket attachments.
   The admin just has to click the EXPORT DATA button to generate the .zip file.
   When the file is ready, a link will be provided for the download.
 * If you are having an issue with exporting date, please check if it is a plugin
   conflict with another plugin? If the issue persits, please send us a debug.log
   file we will investigate this issue further.

 * Not a nice way to work.
 * If you (re(read my initial post, it says I **can’t** export user data (cannot,
   it doesn’t work)… The status just stay forever in “Processing” state and is greyed
   out.
 * The first reply received is just useless as it is exactly what I am trying to
   do…
 * How to provide a debug log file safely to you, please ?
