# Cannot export CSV

 * I am using the competition form here – [http://www.hospitalityandeventsnorth.com/competitions/](http://www.hospitalityandeventsnorth.com/competitions/)
 * When I try to export the entrants by CSV it comes up with a message saying this
   page is not working.
 * The plugin is also saying I have over 13,000 entrants but I can’t seem to view
   the entrants by page number and I have only received 8000 emails.
 * Would really like to use this plugin on a few sites so I hope the bugs can be
   fixed.
 * Please assist.

 * Thanks for the message.
 * I’d be happy to look into this for you.
 * These issues might be best fixed if I can have direct access to your FTP.
 * I have seen in the past that users with large entries, using shared hosting, 
   have an issue exporting large entry lists (the server can’t cope).
 * I’m not sure why there is a difference between entry counts – would need to look
   into the database to confirm 13,000 entries is the correct number.
